MindBodyHuman is operated by MINDBODYHUMAN PTY LTD (ABN registered, Australia). We build tools to help people understand and improve their health. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.

What we collect

Account information: Your email address and name when you sign up
Health data: Questionnaire responses, habit completions, daily check-ins, and any health data you choose to sync from Apple Health
Usage data: How you interact with the app, which features you use, and app performance data
Device data: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens

How we use your data

To generate and personalise your health plan
To improve your habit recommendations over time
To send you push notifications about your plan (you can opt out at any time)
To improve the app and fix bugs

We do not

Sell your personal data to third parties
Share your health data with advertisers
Use your data for purposes beyond what is described here

Third-party services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and the Anthropic Claude API for AI-generated health insights. These services have their own privacy policies. Apple Health data is only accessed with your explicit permission and is never shared externally.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Children

MindBodyHuman is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
