We get it

It is incredibly difficult to understand what is going on with your health

We know what it is like to spend months and years looking for answers, going to doctors appointments and feeling as if you are speaking into the void. The feeling that nobody really understands what is going on with you and why it is happening. It is not your fault, but we want to help.

"Your blood work looks fine"

You have had the tests done. Everything seems in range, some results in the red, but you have been told it looks fine. That if you simply lost weight or slept more you would feel better. Being dismissed is difficult. You should not have to feel that way.

Information overload, zero direction

ChatGPT, Instagram, and TikTok have become your new doctor. You probably have hundreds of saved videos. In a panic you ask ChatGPT what to do, it gives you a plan, but you never save it and never end up doing it. None of it comes together to give you a real plan and understanding.

Medication without understanding

Maybe you have medication that works. It makes you feel better when you take it, and that matters. But you want to understand why your problems are happening and how you can heal without relying on medication forever.

We built MindBodyHuman because you deserve more than a prescription and a pamphlet. You deserve a plan built around your body, your symptoms, and your life. Whether you have a diagnosis or not.

YOUR ASSESSMENT
Tell us about your body
This conversation helps us understand your unique pattern
Hi Sarah. I would love to understand what is going on with your health. In your own words, what has been on your mind lately?
I have PCOS and I am always exhausted. I get these energy crashes around 3pm and my sleep is terrible. I wake up at 3am most nights.
That sounds really tough, and those things are more connected than most people realise. The 3am waking and afternoon crashes often share the same root cause. Can you tell me about your digestion? Any bloating, discomfort after meals?
Yes actually, I get bloated after almost every meal. I thought that was just normal.
It is really common, but it is not something you have to accept. The gut and your hormones are deeply linked, and for women with PCOS this connection is even stronger. I am starting to see a pattern forming. How would you describe your stress levels day to day?
High. I feel like I can never switch off.
That makes a lot of sense given everything else you have described. When cortisol stays elevated, it disrupts both your sleep cycle and your insulin response, which directly feeds the PCOS symptoms. The good news: we can address all of this with the right daily habits.

A different approach

We understand that your symptoms are always connected

Our goal is to understand your story and create a complete picture of why you are facing your health challenges. We map the connections between your symptoms to uncover the root causes. When you address the root cause, the symptoms start resolving together.

Using these shared drivers, we build you a personalised plan across movement, nutrition, sleep, nervous system regulation, and human connection. We cover all aspects of health because there is never a one-size-fits-all solution to any existing problem. Your body is unique, and your plan should be too.

Built for chronic conditions

Helping you self-manage your chronic condition

We know that living with a chronic illness is hard, and good help can be hard to find. We want to change that. We want to bring all the best research and knowledge that exists into your pocket.

How it works

Three steps to a plan that actually makes sense

No more guesswork. No more generic advice. A plan built for your body.

1

Tell us your story

We start with a conversation. Not a form, not a checklist. You tell us what you are dealing with, in your own words. Your symptoms, your energy, your sleep, your pain. We listen and we map how it all connects in your body.

2

Get a plan built for you

We take everything you have told us and build a weekly plan that targets the root causes behind your symptoms. Movement, nutrition, sleep, nervous system work. All personalised, all backed by research, and all designed to fit into your actual life.

3

Start feeling different

The plan adapts to you every week. As your body responds, we learn what is working and adjust. The energy crashes start to ease. The sleep improves. You begin to understand your body in a way nobody has ever helped you with before.

You have tried everything else.
Try understanding your body.
