Everything you need to know about MindBodyHuman, how the assessment works, and how to get the most from your personalised health plan.

Getting Started

MindBodyHuman is a holistic health app that assesses your body across 11 interconnected systems and generates a personalised daily habit plan across three pillars: Movement, Nutrition, and Mindfulness. Unlike generic wellness apps, MBH connects the dots between your symptoms and identifies what your body actually needs.

When you first open MBH, you complete a questionnaire that covers your sleep, stress, energy, digestion, musculoskeletal health, lifestyle, and more. Each response is mapped to one or more of your 11 body systems. The app then calculates your system scores, identifies your symptom patterns, and generates a personalised habit plan designed specifically for your body.

MBH assesses your Nervous, Endocrine, Immune, Digestive, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Muscular, Skeletal, Lymphatic, Reproductive, and Integumentary (skin, hair, nails) systems. These systems are all interconnected, which is why your sleep issues might be related to your stress levels, which might be connected to your gut health.

The initial health assessment takes about 5 minutes. It's thorough because the quality of your personalised plan depends on understanding what's really going on in your body. You only need to do it once, though you can retake it as your health changes.

Your Health Plan

Every habit in your plan is selected based on your unique symptom tags, system scores, and lifestyle factors. The app scores hundreds of potential habits against your profile and picks the ones that will have the highest impact on your weakest systems. Each habit includes a "why this is in your plan" explanation so you understand the connection.

Your plan regenerates weekly. Each week, the app looks at what you completed, how your scores have shifted, and which systems still need support. Core habits that are working for you carry forward, while new habits are introduced to keep things fresh and progressive. The more consistently you complete your habits, the more your plan evolves.

You can skip or mark any habit as not suitable. The app takes this into account when generating future plans. We're also building an AI chatbot that will let you have a conversation about your plan and request swaps in real time.

Your daily plan is built across three pillars:

  • Movement — targeted exercises, stretches, mobility work, and physical habits based on your musculoskeletal and nervous system needs
  • Nutrition — dietary habits, hydration, and nutritional strategies matched to your digestive, immune, and endocrine health
  • Mindfulness — breathwork, journaling, nervous system regulation, and mental wellness practices

Tracking & Progress

MBH tracks your habit completions daily and updates your system scores over time. Early improvements come quickly, but the closer you get to optimal health, the more consistent effort is needed. You'll receive daily insights, weekly summaries, and can view your score trends over time.

Streaks track your consistency. If you complete 80% or more of your daily habits, your streak continues. Streaks are tracked overall and per pillar (Movement, Nutrition, Mindfulness), as well as for water intake, sunlight, and other daily trackers. Maintaining streaks gives you a score multiplier that accelerates your progress.

Yes. MBH can sync with Apple Health to pull in sleep data and other health metrics. This data is only accessed with your explicit permission and is never shared externally. It helps the app give you more personalised insights about how your habits are affecting your real-world health data.

Account & Privacy

Yes. Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We do not sell your data to third parties or share it with advertisers. We use the Anthropic Claude API for AI-generated health insights, but your data is never used to train AI models. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@mindbodyhuman.io. We will process your request and remove all your data from our systems.

No. MindBodyHuman is a general wellness tool, not a medical device, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health routine, particularly if you have an existing medical condition. See our full Terms of Service.

Women's Health

Yes. If you choose to track your cycle, MBH adapts your daily habits to your current cycle phase. During your menstrual phase, the app may prioritise gentler movement and restorative practices. During your follicular and ovulatory phases, it may introduce more challenging exercises. This ensures your plan works with your body's natural rhythms, not against them.

Pricing & Availability

MindBodyHuman is currently free while we are in beta. We want as many people as possible to experience their personalised plan and give us feedback. Pricing will be introduced in the future and will be communicated clearly to all users before any changes.

MBH is currently available on iOS only. Android support is on our roadmap for the future.
